Our client, an established City-based commercial property consultant business required our assistance with their own 2000 sq. ft. office refurbishment. Our ‘Full Works’ restyle breathed new life into their workspace, transforming it into a modern, dynamic, and inviting working environment. With a focus on enhancing both aesthetics and functionality, the refurb involved the careful selection of contemporary design elements and efficient space planning. We replaced the clinical red and white colour scheme, with a carefully chosen blend of calming neutrals and vibrant accent hues including Dulux Heritage Waxed Khaki and Stone Green, complemented with antiqued bronzed handles and fittings to bring a sense of energy and tranquility to the office.
Art in the workspace is more than just decoration! It plays a vital role in shaping the atmosphere, culture, and identity of a company. We worked closely with the client to source a fun and vibrant mix of sports and nostalgic movie themed prints, for the open plan workspace, transforming
it into a more, inspiring, and engaging environment, which fosters creativity and teamwork. As market leaders with a strong local presence in the EC3 area, King & McGaw’s extensive selection of prints capturing London's stunning architecture worked perfectly in the meeting rooms, enhancing the space aesthetically, whilst also serving as a source of local pride.
We further cosied up the main lobby waiting area, injecting a stylish dose of mid-century modern style with a pair of brown leather armchairs and Japandi style fluted base solid Oak black stained coffee table to create a welcoming and stylish seating arrangement – 1960's Mad Men-style!
We also added fresh toned ergonomic office furniture and open-concept workstations to promote collaboration and flexibility whilst also offering a productive, comfortable, and inspiring atmosphere for all their team members and visitors.
