Nestled in the vibrant heart of Kings Cross, boutique talent management consultancy, Karma Artists’ office space boasted an industrial-chic design with exposed ductworks and beams, in need of a facelift!
We refreshed the space, painting the orange walls in a combo of F&B’s Railings, a soft alternative to black, and Wevet, a hushed white with a hint of grey, to create an understated yet dramatic effect which worked beautifully to showcase (and show off!) Karma’s impressive artist award presentation disc collection!
We replaced the individual workstations with a collaborative kitchen table style seating area complete with Scandi inspired chairs and created a welcoming lounge area complete with sofa, relaxed jute rug, recliners and layered floor lighting. We stayed true to Karma’s black and orange logo injecting bursts of rusts, ochres and terracotta with a selection of carefully sourced decorative accessories and soft furnishings too.
Unique design elements, including retro-inspired furniture, botanicals and artistic themed accents, from Rockett St Georges, West Elm and Ikea, worked to create a trendy and energising space whilst paying homage to the practise of Buddhism, the universal law of Karma, and the world of music. The office boasts an abundance of natural light making it an ideal setting for creativity, innovation, and productivity and with its trendy vibe and prime location, this Kings Cross office space is very much the epitome of cool!
